Dear Pat and Dave:
Just wondering if you are using this forum while you work for The Sky Remains agency. If so, have you both have had a chance to watch the video of Wendy's kidnapping and did you notice anything pertinent to our case in that video? And is there a secure way of contacting either of you?

Well, the butterflies seem to be a reoccurring theme. They might make a code of some sort. Also, we can infer that Mr. A Plasm (A) is a master hacker who gained access to timehole.co.uk and planted the image, or (B) in his ethereal state can interface directly with technology.
Either way, this letter of yours opens many possibilities and theories.

Okay Timeholers it looks like we will have our Timehole busting software out by the end of the week! It should take you about 30 minutes to help out the spirits in your area of the world and we hope you have fun saving them!
As you know David and I have previously created our own ARG- Daisy the cow, Metacowtech, apocalypse cow etc. We would like to clarify for you that Timehole is not another ARG (Don’t start this again Patrick!) We are just providing you with the software to solve the puzzle of the Timeholes that are appearing all over the world! Plus we’re giving you this software totally free of charge! 
For those of you who don’t have access to the hardware; perhaps you could arrange to meet up with others who do? We’ll keep you up to date over the next few months if we are able to arrange an event to loan the gear to those of you who have technologically impaired friends!

Awesome, count me in!
I would of liked to buy my own, but my wages only go so far so I won't be able to get a PDA with GPS for at least 2 months.
